Terms of Service -

  • Commercial use is prohibited for generic commissions. Any commercial artwork will add an additional 100% cost to the commission price.

  • For any non-commercial pieces, I retain ownership over all commissioned artwork (not the original design) to post, print, or alter to my own discretion.

  • All commissions are non-refundable by request after the rough sketch has been approved.

  • My TAT (Turn Around Time) is no more than 7 full days. Should I take longer without a proper reason (EX: very sick or family emergency) You will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Due to my fast TAT, if a client fails to respond to me within 12 hours, I will proceed with the commission without input.

  • After the rough sketch is approved, there will be 3 separate occasions to offer revisions. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 per request.

  • Prices are subject to change (increase or decrease) based on high or low complexity.

  • Feeding or training AI with any of my artwork is strictly prohibited.

  • I do not claim ownership of or profit on any original design provided or created through a commission process.
